Was a second copy of the Secret of Fatima written by Sister Lucy in 1944 and kept by Bishop da Silva and then given in custody to the Franciscan Capuchin order in Portugal? If so, is this a copy of the true third secret that John XXIII refused to announce in 1960? The secret is in bold print with comments in regular type.
The secret:
Now I am going to reveal the third fragment of the secret. This part is the apostasy in the Church.
Comments: Both Cardinal Oddi (1990) and Cardinal Ciappi (1995) had access to the contents of the secret and said it alerted us against the apostasy in the Church.(1-p141)
In 1984 Cardinal Ratzinger was quoted as saying in a Jesus magazine article: "But the things contained in this "Third Secret" correspond to what has been announced in Scripture and has been said again and again in many other Marian apparitions..." (1-p140) Perhaps he was referring to the message of Our Lady of La Salette which said, "Rome will lose the Faith and become the seat of the Antichrist." Maybe the Cardinal was thinking of Luke 18:8- "But yet the Son of man, when he cometh, shall he find, think you, faith on earth?"
Our Lady showed us the individual who I describe as the 'holy Father' in front of a multitude that was cheering him. But there was a difference from a true holy Father, his devilish gaze, this one had the gaze of evil.
Comment: Father Schweigl received permission in 1952 to interrogate Sister Lucy and later would only say that the secret contained two parts; one about the Pope and confirmed that the other part was about Portugal and the dogma which had already been indicated in writing by Sister Lucy in 1941.(1-p139) He never had access to the third secret.
Then, after some moments we saw the same Pope entering a Church, but this Church was the Church of hell; there is no way to describe the ugliness of that place. It looked like a gray cement fortress with broken angles and windows similar to eyes; it had beak in the roof of the building.
Comments: The physical ugliness of many modern Churches is very evident.
When one looks inside a Church one sees the results of the past fifty years.
The future Pius XII astonishing 1931 prophecy about a coming upheaval in the Church: "I am worried by the Blessed Virgin's messages to Lucy of Fatima. This persistence of Mary about the dangers which menace the Church is a divine warning against the suicide of altering the Faith, in Her liturgy, Her theology and Her soul.... I hear all around me innovators who wish to dismantle the Sacred Chapel, destroy the universal flame of the Church, reject Her ornaments and make Her feel remorse for Her historical past." He then said in answer to an objection, "A day will come when the civilized world will deny its God, when the Church will doubt as Peter doubted. She will be tempted to believe that man has become God. In our churches, Christians will search in vain for the red lamp where God awaits them. Like Mary Magdalene, weeping before the empty tomb, they will ask, 'Where have they taken Him'?" (2-p34)
Joseph Gelineau, S.J. one of the members of Archbishop Bugnini's Consilium that composed the new Novus Ordo service, spoke of the Roman liturgy saying ". . . the Roman Rite as we knew it no longer exist. It has been destroyed." (3-p12) Msgr. Bugnini himself declared, "The liturgical reform is a major conquest of the Catholic Church." (3-p25).
On June 30, 1972 Paul VI said, "From somewhere or other the smoke of Satan has entered the temple of God."(2-p.63). Your Holiness may we ask who left him in and why hasn't he left?
Next, we raised our eyes to Our Lady who said to us: You saw the apostasy in the Church; the letter can be opened by the holy Father, but it must be announced after Pius XII and before 1960
Comment: Bishop da Silva enclosed (the envelope sealed by Lucy) in another envelope on which he indicated that the letter had to be opened in 1960 by himself, Bishop Jose Correia de Silva, if he was still alive, or if not, by the Cardinal Patriarch of Lisbon.(2-p30) At the beginning of 1957 the Holy Office requested copies of all Lucy's writings, "Especially the Secret." (6-p143)
In the kingdom of John Paul II the cornerstone of Peter's grave must be removed and transferred to Fatima.
Comments: In the past there have been statements and clues regarding the contents of the third secret. The idea of moving the power of the Church to Fatima is a brand new concept never mentioned in previous observations.
In March of 2004 the Rector of the Fatima Sanctuary received a fragment of the tomb of the Apostle St Peter from the hands of John Paul II so that it might become the corner stone for the new Sanctuary Church.(4) Why did John Paul II do this? Did he wake up one day with the a fresh new idea to send the cornerstone of Peter to Fatima? Slim chance. It seems logical to conclude that he did it to obey the command of Our Lady of Fatima.
Because the dogma of the faith is not conserved in Rome, its authority will be removed and delivered to Fatima.
Comment: This is what Sister Lucy meant in 1941 when at the end of her fourth Memoir she wrote "In Portugal the dogma of the faith shall always be preserved, etc."
The cathedral of Rome must be destroyed and a new one built in Fatima.
Comments: In Germany in 1820 Blessed Anna Emmerich, a stigmatist saw a vision, ". . . the Church of St. Peter in ruins. . . the Catholic religion fell into complete decadence as everything pertaining to Protestantism gained the upper hand." (5-p165)
On May 13, 1917 Our Lady came to Fatima and answered Lucy by saying, "I have come to ask you to come here for six months in succession, on the thirteenth day, at this same hour. Later I will tell you who I am and what I want. Afterwards, I will return here yet a seventh time."* (6-p.7). We still await her return.
On May 13, 2010 Benedict XVI said: "Whoever thinks that the prophetic mission of Fatima is over, is deceived." (7)
If 69 weeks after this order is announced, Rome continues its abomination, the city will be destroyed.
Comment: Who announced the secret? Who has the authority? Does the 69 weeks start on April 21, 2010?
Cardinal Ratzinger in 1984 wrote: "If it (the secret) is not made public --- at least for the time being --- it is in order to prevent religious prophecy from being mistaken for a quest for the sensational." (1-p140)
Our Lady told us that this is written, (in) Daniel 9:24-25 and Matthew 21:42-44
Daniel 9: 24-25: Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everything righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy
Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.
Matthew 21:42-44: Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?
Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.
And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.
The date:
Comments: The exact date that Sister Lucy wrote the secret is unknown. However, we know with almost complete certainty that it was written between January 2, 1944 the time of an apparition from Our Lady and January 9, 1944 when Sister Lucy wrote Bishop da Silva that the message had been written and sealed in an envelope. The Bishop received the secret on June 17, 1944. (8-p46-49)
The date on the secret reads 1/4/1944 which would normally be read January 4, 1944. However, Sister Lucy always wrote the date European style with the day first then the month and year. This would mean the date on the secret is April 1, 1944. Since this is not the date of the original secret then it is possible this is a forgery.

Action Plan: If Forensic reports continue to indicate "a very high possibility" of it being authentic that Sister Lucy wrote this letter the following should be done:
Take out a large ad in the Rome or Vatican paper address to the Pope stating this secret and ask one question: Your Holiness, is this the third secret of Fatima ? Yes or No!

* In The True Story of Fatima the author Father John de Marchi, I.M.C. regarding the The Seventh Apparition writes that it can be said with certainty that the apparition did take place. It occurred June 18, 1921, Lucia's last day in Aljustrel before leaving for the convent school at Vilar. That evening, having left her home, and paying a last visit to the Cova da Iria, she is said to have seen our Lady standing at a spot now occupied by the lower steps of the basilica.
I wrote Sister Lucia about this, but have not received a reply. I have, however, been assured by a priest very close to Lucia that she has confirmed the happening. J.D.
A foot note added to "Sister Lucia Memoirs" suggests that this predicted seventh time might have taken place on the morning of June 16, 1921, when Sister Lucia went back to the Cove to bid farewell to Fatima in her way to the convent. This would have been one more of the many personal visits of Our Lady to Sister Lucia. However, this theory seems contradicted by Sister Lucia's own words in her manuscripts from her Spanish convent. "After six years of real trial (since 1917) it was on this day August 26, 1923 that the Virgin Mary first visited me again." According to this, Our Lady did not appear to her at Cove in 1921.
